What you'll do
In Services, the support we provide to our customers is crucial for the successful running of the bank. Every payment we make, every account we open and every customer call we take is in some way supported by us. We’re committed to meeting customer needs with straightforward products, helpful and convenient service, and tailored advice. You’ll be responsible for balancing the needs of the customer with the needs of the bank in order to provide a fair outcome.

We’re here for our customers, whatever the time of day or night. Your hours of work are likely to be between 9am and 5pm but we’ll discuss in more detail with you during the interview stage.

As a Financial Services organisation we comply with and support the requirements set by our Regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which are designed to protect our customers. This role falls under Conduct Rules of the Individual Accountability Regime (IAR) and is subject to pre-employment screening. This means if your application is successful, you’ll need to satisfy some important background checks before you can start working with us. These will include a full credit check, a criminal record check, residency and right to work checks.
