The Business

Join us in London as a Product & Proposition Associate, Rapid Cash

  • Sitting within our Rapid Cash Product team, you'll work closely with our developers, supporting the development of the product’s features and improving the customer experience
  • You'll gather and analyse feedback from customers and other stakeholders to identify key pain points in the customer journey or product functionality, and you'll coordinate user testing
  • This role is available for a period of nine months

What you'll do

As a Product & Proposition Associate, you’ll support the Venture Lead by developing and maintaining the product roadmap, and leading on discrete proposition improvements from concept to recommendation, and then coordinating delivery with our development team.

You'll contribute to the management of the Rapid Cash test plan, supporting the ‘assumptions led delivery’ model. You'll also gather and analyse feedback from customers and stakeholders from across the customer journey to support a test and learn approach which results in improvements in the customer experience.

As well as this, you'll:

  • Continuously improve the Rapid Cash customer testing approach, keeping abreast of market techniques to further improve the depth and quality of insight
  • Coordinate user testing
  • Manage the relationship between Rapid Cash Sales and On-boarding and Development teams to explore and define product improvements based on customer and colleague feedback
  • Keep abreast of product innovation across NatWest and financial services to propose potential improvements and partnerships that support Rapid Cash strategic ambitions
  • Record product defects and appropriate resolutions for any proposition or functionality improvements you are responsible for

  • Support with the development and maintenance of product customer collateral across various forms of media

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with experience working with a digital product, and with Agile tools, such as Kanban, Jira and Confluence. Along with good analytical and problem solving skills, you'll have sound Excel and database skills.

You'll also demonstrate:

  • Experience managing and influencing multiple stakeholders effectively, building trust and rapport
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • The ability to understand business processes and develop improvements
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
