The Requirements

What you'll do

Working within the growing, dedicated Rapid Cash innovation venture team, you'll be supporting the business's every day requirements to ensure the product's maximum success. You'll work closely with the Operations Lead to build out the operation platform which underpins the business, using market leading technologies to create and drive efficiencies, and implementing and embedding those technologies into the business. You'll also contribute to an improved customer journey by collaborating with the wider team to improve our processes and address customer pain points.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Operations Lead to manage the payment, funding and cash management processes for Rapid Cash
  • Helping to manage the systems which support our operational processes
  • Provide guidance to other members of the team on operational processes, making sure that we work in compliance
  • Collecting and presenting operational analytics, developing insights and ideas to improve the business's running
  • Assisting in documenting standard operating processes such as customer onboarding and incident management
  • Managing risk and control for the operations team

The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone who has an operational background, with a self starting approach and strong problem solving skills. You'll have proven experience of process mapping and working with continuous improvement tools, and especially strong organisational skills and planning skills.

You'll also demonstrate:

  • An understanding and understanding of risk in an operational environment
  • The ability to understand business processes and develop future business improvements
  • An affinity for technology
  • The ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
