What you'll do

As a Research Associate, we’ll be looking to you to continuously improve the Rapid Cash customer testing approach. You’ll not only manage discrete proposition improvements, but also be responsible for gathering and analysing insight to inform decision making. You’ll also stay up-to-date with product innovations in the financial services sector to suggest changes to our product or third-party tie-ins which could support our strategic ambitions.

Additionally, you’ll be:

  • Analysing and evaluating data, such as product engagement data, to uncover actionable business insights and recommendations for our solution, in order to prioritise new product features and enhancements
  • Planning, coordinating and running user interviews and surveys to collect insight from key stakeholders
  • Gathering and analysing data from multiple sources to uncover business insights such as key user experience enhancements, to drive customer engagement
  • Reporting insights and providing recommendations to the management team
  • Applying expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization and data-mining, in order to tell the story behind numbers and derive actionable insights for the business
  • Assisting the Rapid Cash sales team in delivering a world-class customer service
  • Supporting with the development of product customer collateral across various forms of media
  • Helping to drive a culture of proactively identifying and addressing risks across Rapid Cash

The skills you'll need

In this role, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills to liaise with our customers and stakeholders alike. Additionally, you’ll have experience of working with a digital product and the ability to analyse both qualitative and quantitative data.

You’ll also be expected to have:

  • Experience of working in an Agile, customer centric environment and using insight tools and frameworks to inform product improvements
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to use Microsoft Excel, with good database skills
