The Requirements

Join us as a Associate Personal Banker - Mobile Bank in Godalming

What you'll do

Forming relationships with our customers in various locations, you’ll help them by supporting their everyday needs. Your remit will cover account opening, to balancing and verifying money and accurate data.

In this role you’ll also:

  • Support branch service targets and ensure of the safe operation of the Mobile Bank vehicle
  • Keep up to date with key changes to products and services
  • Maintain the vehicle, complying with health and safety regulations and safeguarding passengers

The skills you'll need

You’ll need to be 21 or over to hold a valid Driving License with existing category C1 – which ideally you’ll already have – so you can drive a Mobile Branch vehicle. We’ll provide comprehensive training and reimburse you for any costs to gain appropriate licenses.

Passionate about excelling in customer service and building relationships, you’ll combine this approach with:

  • A strong attention to detail and desire to always improve standards for our customers
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • An ambitious approach to your work, with great communication skills and an enthusiasm for learning

What else you'll need to know

We’re here for our customers, whatever the time of day or night, so you’ll need to be flexible in working a rotating shift pattern.

  • Full time hours
  • Permanent
  • Branch hours Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00
  • You’ll typically be working during the branches opening hours, including weekends, and your actual working hours will be discussed at your interview

You’ll start on a competitive reward package of between £20,227 and £26,970 pa. You will have a generous holiday entitlement of 33 days – you may be required to work Bank Holidays.
